Newsec acted as advisor to Harmerica Properties and initiated the execution of the first real estate deal at Stureplan in Stockholm since 2006. The transaction was carried out off-market on behalf of the buyer Harmerica. The property, located at the address Stureplan 15, includes approximately 1,700 square meters of office and retail space.

Harmerica Properties is owned by Caspar Callerström and Harry Klagsbrun and the seller is Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv, which has owned the property since 1997.
