Folksam signs new lease in central Stockholm

Sweden — Folksam Fastigheter has signed a new lease agreement with Relex Solutions for 1,107 square meters of office space in the property Duvan 6 in central Stockholm, and occupancy will take place in February 2025. The property Duvan 6 is located at Klara Södra Kyrkogata 1, near Central Station and is owned by KPA Pension, which is part of Folksamgruppen.

"We at Folksam are happy to be able to welcome Relex Solutions as a new tenant with us. I am convinced that they will enjoy their new premises in Duvan 6, which is a well-maintained property in a central and attractive location in Stockholm," says Erik Löfberg, asset manager at Folksam Fastigheter.

The rental involves co-location for Relex Solutions. Today they have offices at Kungsgatan 54, Kungsgatan 27 and at United Spaces at Klarabergsviadukten 63.

Avanti has assisted Folksam in the leasing process and CBRE has been an advisor to the tenant.
