The magazine Fastighetssverige mainly covers the Swedish real estate market. Four issues are published annually, three of which are partially international - the magazine has one part in Swedish and one in English. These are distributed at the major European real estate fairs: Mipim in Cannes in March, Expo Real in Munich in October and Mapic in Cannes in November.
The magazine’s target audience is the top executives in the real estate industry - the Swedish executives also get the magazine sent to them personally. Hence the advertisements in the magazine directly reach the desired audience, the decision-makers in the real estate industry.
