The magazine Fastighetssverige mainly monitors the Swedish real estate market. Four issues are published annually, three of which are partially international - the magazine has one part in Swedish and one in English. These are distributed at the real estate fairs Mipim in Cannes in March, Expo Real in Munich in October and Mapic in Cannes in November.
The magazine’s target audience is the top executives in the real estate industry - the Swedish executives also get the magazine sent to them personally. Hence the advertisements in the magazine directly reach the desired audience, the decision-makers in the real estate industry.
