Denmark — Genesta has signed a lease agreement with the audit and consulting company Powered By for space in its office building Public, located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The new tenant occupies 664 square meters on the 18th floor in the tower of the office building.

Sweden — Genesta sells the office property Svea Artilleri in central Stockholm.
