SBB and K2A have entered into an agreement to divest the properties part of Ångpannan 10, Ångpannan 12 and part of Västerås 1:202 in Västerås to Intea with an estimated exit during the second quarter of 2025.
Intea makes large acquisition in Gothenburg

Intea has entered into an agreement with JPA Fastigheter regarding the acquisition of a police facility in western Gothenburg. The site is being converted into a state-of-the-art training and exercise facility for the Police Agency. The leasable area is estimated to be approximately 22,000 square meters after completed new and remodeling projects.
