Sweden — K-Fast Holding AB has entered into an agreement with Swedish Logistic Property on the acquisition of two properties in Malmö Municipality. K-Fastigheter intends to develop a zoning plan that enables the construction of a total of approximately 150 apartments.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Beckhoff Automation AB for a new 1,800 sqm office building for Beckhoff’s Swedish headquarters in Fosie, Malmö.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is set to start construction on the next office project in Hyllie – Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). 16,000 sqm of modern office premises with a focus on people and the environment will be created a stone’s throw away from Hyllie station.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed another lease contract for the office project Eden in Hyllie outside Malmö comprising a seven-year lease with Diaverum, provider of renal care services, for 2,185 sq.m. As a result, Eden is now 85 per cent leased.

Sweden — The German company CapRate is establishing itself in the Nordic region through an acquisition. The total investment amounts to between SEK 700 and 800 million and involves an extension with five floors of housing on the existing property.

Sweden — The Eden development project in Malmö’s Hyllie district is Kungsleden’s first Symbiotic Building and will be one of Europe’s most innovative properties aimed at health and well-being. Kungsleden has now initiated a partnership with communications operator ViaEuropa, which will supply world-leading technology to the project.

Sweden — Yesterday Wihlborgs signed an agreement to sell 21 properties in Malmö encompassing a total of 124,000 sqm to Mileway.

Sweden — Trianon has signed an agreement for the acquisition of residential properties in central Malmö and Arlöv covering 19,700 square meters, distributed on 211 apartments with associated commercial premises. The agreed property value is SEK 400 million.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed a 15-year lease with Region Skåne for 3,700 square meters at Kranen 2 in Malmö. The lease was signed after Wihlborgs won a tender subject to the Swedish Public Procurement Act.

Sweden — SBB has sold five office properties to five different buyers in five transactions. This is the result of the new divestment strategy, where the portfolio that was planned to be sold to Nyfosa. Now Castellum is one of the buyers.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed a lease with Bevego for a new 1,200 square meters production facility in Fosie, Malmö.

Sweden — Niam has acquired a modern and well-functioning retail park in an established micro location in Malmö. The retail park consists of four properties and ~48,500 square meters lettable area with 16 tenants.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed agreements with two new tenants, Mindpark and Softhouse, for a total of 2,400 square meters at Slagthuset in Malmö.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Aura in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 430 million. The buyer is Vasakronan. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2019.
