Sweden — Catena is constructing a new logistics facility on Lodgatan in Malmö at an investment of approximately SEK 208 million. Sweden’s largest toy chain, Lekia, will be a tenant in the building.

Sweden — The letters of intent give Randviken an exclusive right to negotiate for a period of one month the terms regarding the acquisition of property-owning companies for a purchase price that is to be based on an underlying property value of a total of approximately SEK 2,750 million.

Sweden — The deal is worth approximately SEK 1.9 billion (EUR 186 million).

Sweden — Revelop continues its expansion in the Öresund region with three acquisitions. The acquisitions mean that Revelop has in a short time acquired properties totaling approximately 23,000 square meters in the region.

Nordic — Serena Properties has acquired Jägersro Center in Malmö and signs agreement for additional properties in Finland.

Sweden — SBF Bostad AB has entered into agreements for acquisitions of properties with a total lettable area amounting to 9,368 square meters. The properties are acquired for an agreed market value of approximately SEK 348 million, before deduction of deferred tax. The seller is a private property owner.

Sweden — The detailed development plan adopted last autumn has gained legal force and Catena is now progressing with its development of Logistics Position Sunnanå, outside Malmö, for additional companies seeking to establish operations at the site.

Sweden — Skanska has divested a residential project consisting of rental apartments, senior apartments and a home for people with special needs in Malmö. The buyer is Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB. The selling price is about SEK 300 million.

Sweden — The real estate company Revelop, which recently closed its fifth value-add fund at SEK 2.1 billion, has acquired 17 commercial properties with a combined lettable area of 85,000 sqm for a total of SEK 850 million.

Sweden — Akademiska Hus has signed an agreement with Intea Fastigheter on the sale of property holdings in Kristianstad and the Niagara building in Malmö. The sale took place based on an underlying property value of about SEK 1.6 billion.

Sweden — K-Fast Holding AB has entered into an agreement with Swedish Logistic Property on the acquisition of two properties in Malmö Municipality. K-Fastigheter intends to develop a zoning plan that enables the construction of a total of approximately 150 apartments.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Beckhoff Automation AB for a new 1,800 sqm office building for Beckhoff’s Swedish headquarters in Fosie, Malmö.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is set to start construction on the next office project in Hyllie – Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). 16,000 sqm of modern office premises with a focus on people and the environment will be created a stone’s throw away from Hyllie station.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed another lease contract for the office project Eden in Hyllie outside Malmö comprising a seven-year lease with Diaverum, provider of renal care services, for 2,185 sq.m. As a result, Eden is now 85 per cent leased.

Sweden — The German company CapRate is establishing itself in the Nordic region through an acquisition. The total investment amounts to between SEK 700 and 800 million and involves an extension with five floors of housing on the existing property.

Sweden — The Eden development project in Malmö’s Hyllie district is Kungsleden’s first Symbiotic Building and will be one of Europe’s most innovative properties aimed at health and well-being. Kungsleden has now initiated a partnership with communications operator ViaEuropa, which will supply world-leading technology to the project.
