Sweden — K2A has signed an agreement to acquire the properties Uppsala 50:1 and 50:2 from Midroc, where 216 rental homes and a LSS home with six homes will be developed.

Sweden — Scandic has signed a new long-term lease agreement with Midroc for a new hotel in the new development in the Helsingborg harbor, expected to open in 2021. The hotel will encompass approximately 180 rooms with meeting facilities, fitness area, restaurant, bar and a sky bar.
