Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build a new senior living facility in Norrköping. The customer is Norrköping Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 210 million.

Sweden — Inlog has signed an agreement to sell a new large logistics property under construction in Norrköping to BlackRock.

Sweden — Slättö Förvaltning today announces the establishment of a joint venture between Eklöf Invest and Slättö Core+, one of Slättö’s funds under management. The JV’s purpose is to develop a new logistic hub in Herstadberg just north of central Norrköping.

Sweden — Pelican Self Storage divests five of their eleven plants in Sweden. The plants which are concerned are located in Västerås, Örebro, Linköping, Norrköping and Åkersberga. The buyer is Shurgard, who takes over the plants including employees and customers.
