Sweden — Diös is strengthening its position in Luleå and Gävle by acquiring six centrally located office properties totalling 52,000 square meters from Nyfosa. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 940 million (EUR 81 million), and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place on November 15, 2024.

Norway — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 50 percent of the shares in Samfosa AS from its joint venture partner Ringmuren AS (parent company of Samfunnsbyggeren AS). Samfosa AS will subsequently become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nyfosa. Closing is scheldued to take place in September, 2024.

Sweden — In two transactions, Nyfosa has divested seven properties with a leasable area of 46,000 square meters, consisting of warehouses, industry, retail and offices. The properties are located in Falköping, Filipstad, Lidköping and Malmö. The selling price totals SEK 299 million (EUR 27.2 million).

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest 9 light-industrial and warehouse properties with a total lettable area of 58,000 square meters. The properties are located in Burlöv, Gothenburg, Haninge, Huddinge and Härryda. The agreed property value amounts to MSEK 761 (EUR 65.6 million).

Sweden — Nyfosa has acquired eight properties located in Västervik, Halmstad and Finnish Turku in three transactions. The total acquisition price amounts to MSEK 411 and the total annual rental value is MSEK 38.

Sweden — Nyfosa has acquired a portfolio consisting of eight properties with warehouse and light industry located in Kalmar. The acquisition price amounts to MSEK 340, before deduction for deferred tax of MSEK 20. The seller is Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest the office property Skogskarlen 3 in Solna at a selling price of MSEK 400.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired commercial properties in the Helsinki region, Tampere and other Finnish regional cities. The acquisition price amounts to MEUR 137 with an annual rental value of MEUR 14.5.

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest 13 properties at a selling price of approximately MSEK 947 to Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB. Through the divestment, Nyfosa builds capacity for new acquisitions with focus on strong and stable cash flows.

Sweden — Nyfosa has divested two properties in Eskilstuna at a selling price of MSEK 145. The properties consist of residential and commercial premises.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired an office property that is under construction in the Finnish regional city of Kuopio. The acquisition price amounts to MEUR 11.9.

Norway — Samfosa AS, which is jointly owned by Nyfosa AB and Samfunnsbyggeren AS, has acquired the property company Bratsberg AS with properties mainly located in the Norwegian cities of Skien and Porsgrunn. The acquisition, which marks the company's first in Norway, amounts to a total value of MNOK 1,550.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired two properties in the Finnish regional cities of Oulu and Tampere, where the company already owns properties. The acquisitions amount to a total value of MEUR 29, corresponding to approximately MSEK 298.

Norway — Nyfosa has decided to enter Norway together with the property company Samfunnsbyggeren AS. With this step into Norway, Nyfosa complements its operations, today based in Sweden and Finland.

Sweden — Nyfosa has acquired a property portfolio located in the city of Luleå and one property in the city of Boden. The acquisition amounts to a total value of MSEK 420.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired a portfolio with industrial and retail properties in the Finnish regional cities of Oulu and Hyvinkää. The acquisition amounts to a total value of MEUR 14.7, corresponding to approximately MSEK 149.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired a portfolio consisting of nine office properties and one project property in the Finnish university town of Jyväskylä at a total value of MEUR 208 from Castellum.

Finland — Nyfosa has acquired five properties in the Finnish regional cities of Oulu and Tampere. The acquisitions, which mark Nyfosa’s first in Finland, amount to a total value of MEUR 20.6.

Finland — Nyfosa intends to build up a diversified property portfolio with a long-term perspective in the Finnish property market together with Brunswick Real Estate. An opportunistic property company such as Nyfosa does not currently exist in Finland, and Nyfosa believes that there are attractive business opportunities.

Sweden — Nyfosa and Genova makes swap deal where Nyfosa acquires for MSEK 657 and Genova acquires for MSEK 477.
