Henrik Landelius appointed new CEO of Areim

Nordic — Henrik Landelius will take over as CEO of Areim in March 2024. He comes most recently from NCC where he was part of the company’s senior management team and for the past five years has been Head of NCC Building Sweden.

Areim Makes Senior Hires

Nordic — Areim announces the recruitment of two senior employees, further strengthening the organisation within HR and sustainability. Kristina Grahn Persson assumes the role of Head of People & Culture after the summer and Helena Hagberg joins as Head of Sustainability on 17 April.

Green Light for Areim's Stockholm Project

Sweden Sweden — The Board of the City Planning Office in Stockholm has approved the zoning plan for the Brädstapeln block, commonly known as the Trygg Hansa-building, at Kungsholmen. The proposal has been developed by Manuelle Gautrand architects and Swedish architects Equator in close collaboration with the City Planning Office.
