Areim and Blackstone Divest Office Asset in Stockholm

Sweden Sweden — Areim and real estate funds managed by Blackstone have divested the property Lysbomben 5 to Axfast AB, a Swedish family-owned property company. The property is a 16,000 sqm office asset, located on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm.

Magnolia Forms JV with KF Fastigheter – Acquires Land in Upplands-Bro

Sweden Sweden — Magnolia Bostad forms a JV with KF Fastigheter for the joint development of land in a new residential area by Lake Mälaren in Upplands-Bro municipality. In total, around 950 residential units with 80,000 sqm of GFA will be developed.

CBRE GI Acquires Residential Units for SEK 538 Million

Sweden Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has sold 200 rental residential units in the Västra Ursvik district in Sundbyberg to CBRE Global Investors. The project consists of around 12,500 sqm GFA for accommodation as well as around 300 sqm GFA of commercial premises and 73 garage spaces. The estimated property value upon completion is around SEK 588 million.

Magnolia Bostad Forms Joint Venture with SBB – Acquires Residential Projects

Sweden Sweden — Magnolia Bostad and Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) are forming a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV) for the development of investment properties. The JV will acquire four projects consisting of around 2,300 residential units from Magnolia Bostad and one project consisting of around 250 residential units from SBB. Magnolia Bostad is also selling two residential care homes located in Nacka and Östersund to SBB.
