Finland — Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm, yesterday announced the acquisition through a controlled affiliate of a Finnish rental residential portfolio of approximately 2,200 units in partnership with Avara from a consortium of domestic vendors.

Finland — VVO Group has signed an SPA, whereby its various group companies will sell in total 1,344 non-restricted apartments located across Finland to a company managed by Avant Capital Partners.
