Finland — YIT and the Non-UCITS fund Aktia Commercial properties have signed an agreement on the sale of the Kankaan Arkki office property in Jyväskylä. The construction of Kankaan Arkki began in January 2020 and is scheduled to be completed in February 2021.

Finland — Mutual pension insurance company Ilmarinen has completed the sale of an office property located in Pasila to the special investment fund Aktia Commercial Properties.
