Norway — The family-owned investment company Floberg Holding has sold the company's portfolio in Billingstad. This amounts to about 90,000 square meters, of which just over 40,000 sqm are commercial property and approx. 50,000 sqm development potential. The buyer is a syndicate arranged by Pareto Securities AS.
