Sweden — Andreas Malmsäter has been appointed the new Business Area Director for Leasing and will become a member of Atrium Ljungberg’s executive management team.

Sweden — The fast-growing Swedish technology company Mentimeter, with over 80 million customers and users in obver 200 countries, is now moving its Swedish headquarters to the architectural gem Tulestationen in Vasastan, central Stockholm.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement with Naturvårdsverket (the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency) on moving to Trikåfabriken in Hammarby Sjöstad, which is now being modernised and extended. The green lease contract concerns 7,700 sqm.
