Alecta Fastigheter buys two properties from Atrium Ljungberg

Sweden Sweden — The property company Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement today for the sale of the properties Sundbyberg Eken 6 and Sundbyberg Eken 14, Marabou’s former chocolate factory and head office. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 2,114 million (EUR 188 million) and comprises approximately SEK 36,400 sqm of letting area. The purchaser is Alecta Fastigheter.

Slow rental market: "Dialogues from before Christmas are still ongoing"

Sweden Sweden — On the positive side Atrium Ljungberg reported an increased management result during the first quarter of the year, but CEO Annica Ånäs is dissatisfied with the negative net rental of SEK -13 million, a direct effect of Polestar's terminated major contract at Lindholmen. At the same time, the CEO testifies that the rental processes are taking longer and longer.

Ånäs sees resilience in the lack of discounts in the market

Atrium Ljungberg Increases Rental Income

Atrium Ljungberg Acquires Property for SEK 1.56 Billion

Sweden Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement to acquire the Palmfelt Center Kylhuset 28 leasehold in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm. This leasehold has a letting area of more than 30,500 sqm and will be acquired at an underlying property value that will be based on an updated market valuation at the end of the year. This has been set preliminarily at SEK 1,560 million.
