Sweden — Scandic has signed an agreement to take over the operation of a 150-room hotel at Arlandastad in close proximity to Stockholm Arlanda Airport and with direct access to the new international meeting and event center, Scandinavian XPO.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics facility to be built in Arlandastad, Sigtuna, for about EUR 23M. The buyer is Logicenters.
