Sweden — Sveafastigheter’s and the Third National Swedish Pension Fund’s (”AP3”) common property company Fastighets AB Regio has acquired Baronen Retail Centre in Kalmar from CBRE Global Investors. Handover was completed on 6 April 2016. Thus, Regio has completed acquisitions for a property value totalling SEK 2.7 billion (€260 M) since September 2015.
