Sweden — Fabege has signed a lease agreement with the infrastructure consultancy Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB for approximately 2,250 square metres of office space in Hammarby Sjöstad. Occupancy is scheduled to commence on 31 January 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 6 years.
