Finland — S-Bank’s funds have sold a residential portfolio of almost 400 apartments to Avara Residential Fund II. The portfolio consists of 17 assets, of which 8 are wholly- and 9 minority-owned. The leasable area of the portfolio is approximately 20,000 sq m.
