Nordic — Citycon has signed a forward commitment agreement with Botrygg to acquire a newly developed residential asset in Stockholm for approximately EUR 69.5 million. The company has also signed an agreement to opportunistically sell two non-core shopping centres in Norway for approximately EUR 145.4 million.

Sweden — Nyfosa has divested a retail property in central Linköping, Sweden, for a value of MSEK 139.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) continues to grow its portfolio of social infrastructure properties through the purchase of 24 properties from Botrygg AB that include elderly care homes, health care centres and education properties located in Linköping and mainly let to the Municipality of Linköping for approximately SEK 950 million.

Sweden — Catena purchases 22,000 square meters in Linköping and 7,600 square meters in Malmö. In conjunction with the acquisition a seven-year lease is signed with Chefs Culinar for the latter property.
