Sweden — Cadillac Fairview/Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (‘OTPP’) has acquired a 121,000 sqm logistics portfolio in Sweden. The acquisition is undertaken together with its local operating partner in the Nordics, Fokus Nordic.
