Denmark — CDC Investissement Immobilier, real estate asset management subsidiary of the French public institution Caisse des Dépôts, has successfully entered the Nordics by acquiring from Bellakvarter A/S two residential complexes totaling 13,400 sqm and 182 units located in urban Copenhagen. Fokus Nordic assisted CDC Investissement Immobilier with this off-market acquisition and will manage the assets.
