Norway — DNB Livsforsikring AS and Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA have since 2008 jointly owned and developed Sørlandssenteret, each with a 50 percent share. The parties are in agreement that Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA shall continue the ownership alone.
