Norway — Episo 4, the opportunity fund advised by pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners, has acquired the landmark former Telegraph Building in central Oslo from Telenor Group for MNOK 557 (EUR 62.2M). Co-investing in the office city development project are the Malling and Vedal families.

Norway — Episo 3, an opportunity style fund advised by pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners, has acquired the Stoa Vest retail park in Arendal on the southeast coast of Norway from Nordea Life for €47M.

Norway — Episo 3, the opportunity fund advised by pan-European real estate investment adviser Tristan Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire a portfolio of five retail parks and four development sites in Norway from the property arm of retail group Coop Norge for NOK 1.2 billion (€136 M).
