Sweden — Datscha appoints Nils Bergman as new CEO. Jacob Philipson, who has been CEO of Datscha for the past eight years, replaces Chairman and founder Urban Edenström.

Nordic — Datscha, the Swedish proptech business, has formally launched its property analysis platform in the UK and, at the same time, has appointed Paul Marples, the former managing director of rival business Costar, as an adviser.
