Sweden — Estea AB's wholly owned subsidiary and alternative investment fund, Estea Omsorgsfastigheter AB (publ), has acquired five properties located in southern and central Sweden at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 415 million. Access will take place in stages starting in December 2020.

Sweden — Nyfosa has acquired all properties and projects in Estea AB’s wholly owned subsidiary and investment fund Estea Sverigefastigheter 3 AB at a value of approximately SEK 2.5 billion. Approximately 60 percent of the portfolio is located in the Stockholm region.

Sweden — Estea Sverigefastigheter 3 AB purchases the Namnsdagen 1 property in Norra Munkstellstaden in central Eskilstuna. There will be a total of 164 apartments in the property.
