Finland — SRV will sell a new complex in the Aleksintori block to be implemented in Kerava town centre. The buyer is Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Finland — YIT, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Onvest Oy and Fennia Mutual Insurance Company have all signed the agreement to implement the Mall of Tripla and its parking facilities as a joint venture. Mall of Triples will be built at the station of Pasila in Helsinki.
