Eurocommercial Acquires Large Shopping Centre for EUR 134M

Sweden Sweden — Eurocommercial has acquired a site in Kristianstad in the southern Skåne region of Sweden, upon which a major shopping centre – C4 Shopping – and external hypermarket are being constructed, with completion expected by the end of 2018.

Allianz Closes Its First Debt Transaction in Sweden

Sweden Sweden — Allianz Real Estate has closed a debt transaction in Sweden by providing a MSEK 690 (approx. EUR 73M) loan for the refinancing of the Bergvik shopping center in Karlstad. This also represents the first direct debt investment for Allianz Real Estate in Sweden and with Eurocommercial Properties.
