Finland — Premico Residential Fund III and construction service company Fira have agreed on the construction of a high-quality non-subsidised rental apartment building in Postipuisto, Helsinki. Fira will execute the As Oy Helsingin Postinkulku project on a turnkey basis as a design-build contract.
