Sweden — Fabege is acquiring an additional development property from Skanska, with a central location in Flemingsberg. Generatorn 10 is situated in the heart of the future Stockholm South Business District, right next to the planned public transport hub north of Regulatorbron bridge. The acquisition brings the addition of approximately 35,000 sqm of commercial space.

Sweden — Alfa Laval is to be Fabege’s first major new office tenant in Stockholm South Business District in Flemingsberg. The company will be leasing just over 17,000 sqm, with an option to lease additional office space.

Sweden — The Royal Swedish Opera (Operan) and the Royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten) have signed a lease with Fabege to relocate parts of their operations from Gäddviken in Nacka, to Flemingsberg. The lease marks the start of the next phase of Fabege’s urban development plans in Flemingsberg.
