Sweden — Allianz Real Estate has closed a debt transaction in Sweden by providing a MSEK 690 (approx. EUR 73M) loan for the refinancing of the Bergvik shopping center in Karlstad. This also represents the first direct debt investment for Allianz Real Estate in Sweden and with Eurocommercial Properties.
