Finland — Hemfosa has acquired an office portfolio, with a majority of community services sector tenants, at an underlying property value of approximately MSEK 465 (MEUR 46).

Norway — Hemfosa Fastigheter has acquired the property Hansagården in Bergen, with a high proportion of tenants in the community services sector. Hemfosa already owns a community service property in the Bergen area and this acquisition strengthens its position in community service properties in western Norway.

Norway — Hemfosa Fastigheter has signed acquisition agreements for one property in Bergen with a large proportion of community services tenants, and one community service property in central Sarpsborg, with a total property value of EUR 31M.
