Finland — Innovestor, a newly established venture capital investor has, together with investment partners, acquired five retail and mix-use properties in Turku.

Finland — The Danish K/S Lohja Retail Parks and K/S Lohja Retail have sold two retail properties in the Lohja region to Innovestor Oy. The freehold properties were built in 2007, with a total leasable area of approximately 6,500 square meters.
