Hoivatilat Starts First Project in Sweden

Nordic — Hoivatilat has gotten off to a strong start in Sweden. The company has now won three contracts for preschool projects in Eskilstuna, Ronneby and Norrtälje. Their total investment value is approximately EUR 11M. The final lease contracts will be signed during this spring. All three of the day care centres will be completed in 2020.

Hoivatilat Sells Properties and Specifies its Guidance

Finland Finland — Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj signed a sales agreement with Special Investment Fund eQ Care, based on which Hoivatilat sells all shares in six property companies to eQ. The debt-free purchase price is EUR 16.4 million.

Suomen Hoivatilat Expands to Sweden

Nordic — Suomen Hoivatilat Plc has previously announced its intention to explore opportunities to expand business operations to other Nordic countries. Hoivatilat has now resolved to establish a Swedish subsidiary.
