Sweden — KKR and Mirastar, KKR Real Estate’s industrial and logistics platform in Europe, have acquired a high-quality last-mile logistics property in Stockholm. This off-market acquisition is the first in Sweden for KKR and Mirastar.

Finland — KKR has announced that KKR’s European real estate platform has agreed to acquire a high-quality portfolio of thirty residential properties in Finland from Kruunuasunnot. The portfolio comprises over 1,200 residential units with two thirds of the portfolio located in the country’s three largest cities of Helsinki, Turku and Tampere.
