Sweden — Catella's President and CEO Knut Pedersen has informed the Board that he wishes to leave his role as CEO. He will continue in his current role during the notice period of a maximum of 6 months and will leave the position as CEO at the latest in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting.

Norway — Catella enters property investment management in Norway and mezzanine fund management in Luxembourg through an initiative in partnership with Jarle Norman-Hansen and Bjarte Solheim, both with extensive experience from the property investment markets of Norway and the Nordics.

Sweden — Catella has signed an agreement with Arctic Securities AS to sell all shares in its subsidiary Nordic Fixed Income AB.
