Finland — Hemfosa has signed an agreement to acquire, and has taken possession of, two properties in Espoo, Finland. The police authority and the office of the public prosecutor are the largest tenants. This acquisition, with a corresponding value of about MSEK 420 (EUR 43M), will strengthen Hemfosa's position in Finland, where its property portfolio is now worth approximately SEK 1.5 billion (EUR 152M). The sellers are Localtapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Finland — Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd has purchased a 21,000 sqm residential and care property from the insurance companies of the LocalTapiola Group.
