Sweden — Hoivatilat recruits Karin Barck-Holst as business development manager. She joins from Atrium Ljungberg, where she worked on the development of Nya Slussen.

Nordic — Hoivatilat has gotten off to a strong start in Sweden. The company has now won three contracts for preschool projects in Eskilstuna, Ronneby and Norrtälje. Their total investment value is approximately EUR 11M. The final lease contracts will be signed during this spring. All three of the day care centres will be completed in 2020.

Nordic — Suomen Hoivatilat Plc has previously announced its intention to explore opportunities to expand business operations to other Nordic countries. Hoivatilat has now resolved to establish a Swedish subsidiary.
