Sweden — SSM has made a change of CEO and appointed Mattias Lundgren as interim CEO with immediate effect. At the same time, the current President & CEO Mattias Roos will leave all of his current assignments within the SSM Group. SSM’s Board of Directors has started the process of recruiting a new CEO.

Sweden — SSM is continuing to expand its operations by acquiring another project in Stockholm. The project will be managed in full by the company and SSM intends to develop approximately 260 cooperative apartments. The purchase price is a total of MSEK 500 (EUR 53M).

Sweden — SSM acquires a new project in Elverkshuset in Nacka. The project aims to develop about 350 apartments through a new joint venture between the property owner Libu Invest and SSM.

Sweden — SSM Holding is complementing and strengthening its management team by appointing Casper Tamm as its new Director of Finance.

Sweden — Less than a year ago, the Swedish Armed Forces stopped the planned placement of the Tellus Tower. Stockholm City and the developer SSM now agree on a new placement of the project, which might be Northern Europe’s tallest apartment building.
