Apart from development rights for commercial premises, Fabege has approximately 500,000 sqm of existing residential development rights, primarily in Solna and Huddinge. Monika Mundt-Petersen, in a newly established role, will ensure that Fabege optimises the value creation in relation to these residential development rights.
