Sweden — Castellum acquires Norrporten in the largest property deal in the Nordics since 2008. Norrporten´s underlying property value is SEK 26 billion (€ 2,8 M).

Sweden — On 7 March, Nasdaq Stockholm halted the trading in the Castellum share, since Reuters had written about the company´s interest of acquiring Norrporten. Castellum has then confirmed that it is currently evaluating the possibilities of acquiring Norrporten’s property portfolio, worth SEK 25 billion (€2.7 billion).
