Denmark — Freja Ejendomme's share of Jernbanebyen has found a new owner: Baneby Konsortiet consisting of NREP, Novo Holdings and Industriens Pension has bought the land in central Copenhagen from Freja Ejendomme.

Nordic — NREP is strengthened as Novo Holdings joins to back the company as minority investor. NREP will now accelerate ventures into technology, sustainability and organization, aiming to become an international frontrunner.
