Norway — The Norwegian pension and insurance provider KLP has agreed to acquire the office development project Eufemia from Oslo S Utvikling (OSU) located in the Bjørvika CBD office district. The transaction is structured as a forward sale with deferred handover in 2019 and the agreed price for the asset is NOK 1.740 billion (EUR 185M).
