Sweden — The hotel property company Pandox is exploring a potential listing on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

Nordic — Pandox has started a new business area, introducing the new division Pandox Asset Management, which will manage hotel properties on behalf of external property owners. The first agreement is now signed, with Eiendomsspar AS.
