Denmark — Catella has secured strategic non-recourse debt facilities allowing for the refinancing of all of Park Street's short-term debt, the development of the company’s second Copenhagen Student/Youth Living property, Pulse N, and enhancement of the company’s general capital position.

Norway — Park Street, the European private equity real estate manager, has acquired a tactical equity stake in the Storebrand Optimér property fund, a Norwegian unlisted real estate fund managed by the asset management arm of Storebrand, the insurance and pension provider.
