Sweden — At an Extraordinary General Meeting on yesterday, Per Uhlén, member of the Board of Directors was elected new Chairman of the Board of Rikshem after Bo Magnusson announced that he wished to resign from his position as Board member and Chairman of the Board. At the same time, Peter Strand was elected as new member of the Board of Directors.
