Norway — ​Pioneer Property Group has signed a definitive sale and purchase agreement to acquire eleven properties from Norlandia Health & Care Group.

Finland — Trevian Care II Ky, a real estate equity fund managed by Trevian Asset Management Oy, has on 29 September 2016 signed agreement to sell a portfolio comprising of twelve daycare property assets to Norwegian real estate company Pioneer Property Group. The size of the divestment is around EUR 22M.
