Finland — Construction work on the 18-hectare plot in Järvenpää will start in September 2023 with the groundworks for the first part of the warehouse. The first part will be around 35 000 square meters in size and is expected to be ready for use in spring 2025.

Finland — Posti has signed an agreement to sell a 74,000 square metre logistics warehouse property Pennala 2 to RBS Nordisk Renting. The property is located in Orimattila.

Finland — Norwegian company NRP (Ness Risan & Partners) has completed a purchase of 4 properties and a developmennt site to be completed in 2016 from Posti in Finland. Total price is approx. €120M.
