Norway — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 50 percent of the shares in Samfosa AS from its joint venture partner Ringmuren AS (parent company of Samfunnsbyggeren AS). Samfosa AS will subsequently become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nyfosa. Closing is scheldued to take place in September, 2024.
